Your first session is always free.  We meet for 30 minutes in which you will share perspective on your current situation. From there, we explore how I may assist you in bridging the gap between what you are experiencing now and what you want next. The good news is you do not have to know what you want next or what is possible! I will help guide the conversation so we can both determine if additional sessions would be meaningful.

You choose how frequently we meet. Whether weekly, twice a month, monthly or more periodically, the question you must answer is, how much do you want the change and how willing are you to work on it?  You are important and powerful, and the choice is yours.

What is Life Coaching?

How is Coaching different than Counseling/Therapy?

Tess Brigham, licensed psychotherapist and board-certified coach, offers a helpful delineation:

“A coach looks at your present to help you create the future you desire, while a therapist looks at your past to help you manage your present. So, while coaching is action-oriented, therapy is insight-oriented.”

Even if coaching is not what you need now, I would be happy to hear from you and share any resources or contacts I have that better align with what you are seeking.

Is Coaching right for me?

In order to determine if coaching is right for the season of life in which you find yourself, the first session is always free.  We meet for 30 minutes in which you will share perspective on your current situation.   • The knowledge that where you are is not where you want to be; or,
  • A curiosity and interest in exploring a more life-giving approach to your current situation.

I will help guide the conversation so we can both determine if additional sessions would be meaningful.

Where do we meet?

In an age of social distancing and health precautions, I am happy to offer virtual sessions via Zoom. Certainly, in person connections are very meaningful as well! If you prefer to meet in person, we will arrange a mutually agreed upon location. I am happy to schedule an in-person session with anyone within a 50-mile radius of Covington, Kentucky (41012).
